We offer short guidance sessions for Parents and Carers. These practical sessions are designed for parents and carers to help their children find their calm (particularly great for kids with anxiety, autism and ADHD). Topics often covered are mindfulness for busy minds and self-care (including self-care tips for parents and carers), transitioning from meltdowns and relaxation ideas before sleeping.
